HOUSE RULES Check-In and Check-Out - Check-in time is at 3:00 PM. - Check-out time is at 11:00 AM. Smoking - Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. A smoking fee of $500 will be charged for any violation. Quiet Hours - Quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM. Parties or noisy activities during these hours are not allowed. Please respect the neighbors and the neighborhood. Interruptions to Water or Electrical Service - The host will not cover hotel, vacation rental, or transportation expenses due to water or electrical service interruptions. If either is interrupted for more than 3 hours, guests may cancel their reservation and request a refund for unused nights. Nights already consumed are non-refundable. Rental Agreement - You agree to comply with our house rules by making the reservation. These rules are in place to ensure a pleasant and respectful environment for all guests and neighbors. Maximum Occupancy Guest Policy: Only the guests registered in the reservation are allowed on the property. The maximum occupancy is strictly enforced. Hosting unregistered guests or exceeding the number of guests listed in the reservation is not permitted and may result in immediate cancellation of the booking and removal from the property without refund. If additional guests will be staying, this must be approved in advance, and extra charges will apply per person per night. This rule helps ensure safety, comfort, and compliance with local regulations for all guests and neighbors. - The maximum occupancy is four adults/children, including visitors, and is strictly enforced. Exceeding the limit may result in immediate booking cancellation or expulsion from the property. Towels and Linens - Towels and linens are to be used for their intended purposes only. Do not stain them with food, grease, or other substances; do not use towels to clean messes. Stained towels or linens will incur additional charges. - Towels should not be hung on the balcony or windows. Subletting - Subletting the property is not allowed.
