Uber is widely available, affordable, and makes getting around very easy. Free street parking is typically available right in front of the property. We provide basic starter toiletries. Once they are used, guests are responsible for replenishing them as needed. We provide basic towels and linens. For stays longer than one week, a weekly cleaning fee will be required. This apartment is for a maximum of two guests. We do not allow more than two people to stay in the apartment. There is no sofa bed in the apartment, and no extra linens are provided. If more than two people are found staying in the property, this will be considered a violation of our house rules and will result in immediate removal from the property without any refund. Extra amenities: Beach chairs are provided on a first-come, first-served basis. We have a limited number available for guest use. They are stored in the closet under the stairs, and you are welcome to use them if available. Additional items such as extra towels, extra linens, or additional cleaning services are not included but may be provided upon request for an additional fee and subject to availability.

HOUSE RULES: NO SMOKING: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. A $200 smoking fee will be charged if the policy is violated. Quiet hours are from 9 pm to 9 am; no parties or noisy activities during these hours. The host will not pay for hotel, vacation rental, or transportation expenses incurred due to an interruption in water or electrical service. If water or electricity is interrupted for more than 3 hours, guests may cancel their reservation and request a refund for unused nights. Under no circumstances will we refund consumed nights. Maximum occupancy of 2 adults/children at all times. This includes visitors. Max. occupancy is strictly enforced, and exceeding it may result in immediate cancellation of the booking or expulsion from the property. Towels and linens must only be used for their intended purpose. Do not stain them with food, grease, or any other substance. Please don't use towels to clean up any mess. Stained towels/linens will be charged. Please don't hang towels from the balcony or windows. Beach chairs, portable coolers, and a flashlight are provided for your convenience during your stay. Beach towels are not provided, so guests should bring their own. Please note that these items are part of the apartment inventory. Missing, damaged, or excessively soiled items beyond normal wear and tear may result in replacement charges through Airbnb.
