This compact 210 sq. ft. interior apartment (no windows) accommodates up to 2 guests and includes a Queen bed, private bathroom, A/C, ceiling fan, WiFi, Smart TV, and work desk. The kitchenette includes a microwave, coffee maker, and mini refrigerator for reheating food and simple meals only (no stove, oven, or cooktop). Coin-operated laundry, secure keyless entry, and free street parking nearby.

Beach House consists of 10 private apartments located in Ocean Park, San Juan, Puerto Rico, just minutes from the beach, restaurants, coffee shops, nightlife, and the airport. Each apartment has a private entrance, air conditioning, a Smart TV, a private bathroom, and a kitchenette with a microwave, mini refrigerator, and coffee maker. Please note that units do not include a stove, oven, or cooktop. Free street parking may be available nearby but is not guaranteed. For your convenience, the building has a coin-operated washer and dryer. Washer: $3.00 per load Dryer: $3.00 per load All apartments use secure keyless entry. Toiletries, Towels & Cleaning Starter toiletries, towels, and linens are provided for your arrival. For stays longer than seven nights, a weekly cleaning fee will apply. Additional towels, linens, and cleaning services may be available upon request for an additional fee and subject to availability. Occupancy Rules Maximum occupancy is two guests. No visitors or additional overnight guests are permitted. There is no sofa bed in the apartment. Unauthorized guests or occupancy exceeding the reservation will be considered a violation of house rules and may result in immediate removal without refund. Extra Amenities Beach chairs are available on a first-come, first-served basis and are stored in the closet under the stairs. Additional services and supplies may be available upon request for an additional fee and subject to availability.

House Rules

HOUSE RULES: NO SMOKING: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. A $200 smoking fee will be charged if the policy is violated. Quiet hours are from 9 pm to 9 am; no parties or noisy activities during these hours. The host will not pay for hotel, vacation rental, or transportation expenses incurred as a result of an interruption in water or electrical service. If water or electricity is interrupted for more than 3 hours, guests may cancel their reservation and request a refund for unused nights. Under no circumstances will we refund consumed nights. Beach chairs, portable coolers, and a flashlight are provided for your convenience during your stay. Beach towels are not provided, so guests should bring their own. Please note that these items are part of the apartment inventory. Missing, damaged, or excessively soiled items beyond normal wear and tear may result in replacement charges through Airbnb. Beach chairs and coolers should not be left unattended on the beach or in public areas. Thank you for helping us keep these amenities available for future guests. Maximum occupancy of 2 adults/children at all times. This includes visitors. Max. occupancy is strictly enforced, and exceeding it may result in immediate cancellation of the booking or expulsion from the property. Towels and linens must only be used for their intended purpose. Do not stain them with food, grease, or any other substance. Please don't use towels to clean up any mess. Stained towels/linens will be charged.

Apartment Description This apartment does not have windows, but it is equipped with air conditioning and ceiling fans to ensure a comfortable stay. The unit includes a kitchenette with a microwave and coffee maker. This apartment does not have a stove or cooktop. Starter Supplies We provide some initial basic toiletries, including soap, shampoo, and two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. In the kitchen, we provide dish soap and two trash bags. Once these initial supplies are used, guests are responsible for replenishing any additional items needed for the remainder of their stay. This allows guests to restock according to their personal needs. Cleaning Policy For stays of 7 days or longer, a weekly cleaning will be added to the reservation at the regular cleaning rate. This is required to ensure the property is properly cleaned and maintained at least once per week. Occupancy Policy Maximum occupancy is 2 guests. More than 2 people staying in the apartment is not allowed. If more than 2 guests are found in the property, it will be considered a violation of the house rules and may result in immediate removal from the property without a refund. Extra Amenities Beach chairs are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. If available, guests are welcome to use them during their stay. Additional items such as extra towels, extra linens, or additional cleaning services may be provided upon request for an additional fee and subject to availability. Late Check-out Policy Late check-out may be available upon request for $45, allowing you to extend your check-out time from the standard 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM, subject to availability. Santa Teresita is a gated community and there’s only one main entrance on Calle Gerrero Noble. You must tell security that you are staying in Calle Cacique #2260. Be aware that this is the only way to enter or exit the gated community. Ocean Park and Santa Teresita are beach communities within walking distance of the beach and where pedestrian life still thrives. Many boutique hotels and Airbnbs are blossoming in this area. Within 5 minutes' driving distance, you'll have access to markets, stores, salons, spas, hotels, casinos, restaurants, cafes, boutiques, ice cream shops... everything! ONCE YOU STAY IN OCEAN PARK ONCE YOU'LL NEVER WANT TO STAY SOMEPLACE ELSE.

Find us

Santa Teresita is a gated community and you must enter on Calle Guerrero Noble. Getting around is easy with uber or mopeds that are usually parked on the street. If you have a car, you can park on the street no one is going to give you a ticket and there's always parking. We also have parking inside the property but we need to arrange to give you instructions on how to open the gates.
