Apartment Description This apartment is equipped with air conditioning to ensure a comfortable stay. The unit includes a kitchenette with a microwave and coffee maker. This apartment does not have a stove or cooktop. Starter Supplies We provide some initial basic toiletries, including soap, shampoo, and two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. In the kitchen, we provide dish soap and two trash bags. Once these initial supplies are used, guests are responsible for replenishing any additional items needed for the remainder of their stay. This allows guests to restock according to their personal needs. Cleaning Policy For stays of 7 days or longer, a weekly cleaning will be added to the reservation at the regular cleaning rate. This is required to ensure the property is properly cleaned and maintained at least once per week. Occupancy Policy Maximum occupancy is 2 guests. More than 2 people staying in the apartment is not allowed. If more than 2 guests are found in the property, it will be considered a violation of the house rules and may result in immediate removal from the property without refund. Extra Amenities Beach chairs are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. If available, guests are welcome to use them during their stay. Additional items such as extra towels, extra linens, or additional cleaning services may be provided upon request for an additional fee and subject to availability. Late Check-out Policy Late check-out may be available upon request for a flat fee of $45, allowing you to extend your check-out time from the standard 11:00 AM up to 2:00 PM maximum, subject to availability.. If you need to stay beyond 2:00 PM, an additional full day will be charged.

Check-in time is at 4:00 pm Check-out time is at 11:00 am NO SMOKING: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. A smoking fee of $500 will be charged if violated. Quiet hours are from 9 pm to 9 am; no parties or noisy activities during these hours. The host will not pay for a hotel, vacation rental, or transportation expenses incurred because of an interruption in water or electrical service. If water or electricity is interrupted for more than 3 hours, guests have the option of canceling their reservation and requesting a refund for the nights not used. Under no circumstances will we refund consumed nights. All bookings are contingent on signing a short-term rental agreement that will be sent via email. It must be signed within 48 hours of booking or before entering the property, whichever happens first. Maximum occupancy of 2 adults/children at all times. This includes visitors. Max. occupancy is strictly enforced, and exceeding it may result in immediate booking cancellation or being expelled from the property. Towels and linens must only be used for their intended purpose. Do not stain them with food, grease, or any other substance. Please don't use towels to clean up any mess. Stained towels/linens will be charged. Please don't hang towels from the balcony or windows. All of our rentals are equipped with freshly laundered bed linens and towels. We provide one bath towel and one beach/pool towel for each guest. Our properties typically include at least two beach chairs for your convenience. To make the start of your vacation as comfortable as possible, we offer a set of disposable amenities. Each bathroom comes with 1 set of hotel-size soaps and shampoos, plus 3 garbage bags, 1 roll of paper towels, and 2 rolls of toilet paper. You'll also find one dish soap and one dish sponge. Guests are responsible for purchasing their own laundry detergent for the coin-operated washer/dryer. These amenities are meant to get you started, and you are responsible for stocking up on any additional items needed for your stay. This property does not have a power backup generator. In case of a utility company outage, no refunds will be issued, as this is beyond our control. Beach chairs, portable coolers, and a flashlight are provided for your convenience during your stay. Beach towels are not provided, so guests should bring their own. Please note that these items are part of the apartment inventory. Missing, damaged, or excessively soiled items beyond normal wear and tear may result in replacement charges through Airbnb.
