Beach House – Property Information & House Rules About the Property Beach House consists of 10 independent apartments, each with a private entrance. Each unit includes a small kitchenette, private bathroom, air conditioning, and smart TV. Free street parking is available, subject to availability. The property also has a shared terrace area that guests are welcome to use. For your convenience, the building has a coin-operated washer and dryer. If you need $0.25 coins, please contact us and we can exchange bills for coins. Washer: $3.00 per load Dryer: $3.00 per load The area is safe and conveniently located close to the beach and the airport. All entrances use secure keyless access. Toiletries, Towels & Cleaning We provide basic starter toiletries. Once they are used, guests are responsible for replenishing them as needed. Basic towels and linens are provided. For stays longer than one week, a weekly cleaning fee will be required. No extra linens are provided unless requested in advance and approved. Occupancy Rules This apartment is for a maximum of two guests. We do not allow more than two people to stay in the apartment. There is no sofa bed in the apartment. If more than two people are found staying in the property, this will be considered a violation of our house rules and will result in immediate removal from the property without any refund. Extra Amenities Beach chairs are provided on a first-come, first-served basis. We have a limited number available for guest use. They are stored in the closet under the stairs, and you are welcome to use them if available. Additional items such as extra towels, extra linens, or additional cleaning services are not included, but may be provided upon request for an additional fee and subject to availability.

HOUSE RULES: NO SMOKING: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. A $200 smoking fee will be charged if the policy is violated. Quiet hours are from 9 pm to 9 am; no parties or noisy activities during these hours. The host will not pay for hotel, vacation rental, or transportation expenses incurred as a result of an interruption in water or electrical service. If water or electricity is interrupted for more than 3 hours, guests may cancel their reservation and request a refund for unused nights. Under no circumstances will we refund consumed nights. Maximum occupancy of 2 adults/children at all times. This includes visitors. Max. occupancy is strictly enforced, and exceeding it may result in immediate cancellation of the booking or expulsion from the property. Towels and linens must only be used for their intended purpose. Do not stain them with food, grease, or any other substance. Please don't use towels to clean up any mess. Stained towels/linens will be charged. Beach chairs, portable coolers, and a flashlight are provided for your convenience during your stay. Beach towels are not provided, so guests should bring their own. Please note that these items are part of the apartment inventory. Missing, damaged, or excessively soiled items beyond normal wear and tear may result in replacement charges through Airbnb. Other Details to Note: AMENITIES We strive to provide top-notch service and amenities to ensure our guests feel at home while staying at our properties. All of our rentals are equipped with freshly laundered bed linens and towels. We provide one bath towel and one beach/pool towel for each guest. Our properties typically include at least two beach chairs for your convenience. To make the start of your vacation as comfortable as possible, we offer a set of disposable amenities. Each bathroom comes with 1 set of hotel-size soaps and shampoos, plus 3 garbage bags, 1 roll of paper towels, and 2 rolls of toilet paper. You'll also find one dish soap and one dish sponge. As you know, guests are responsible for purchasing their laundry detergent. These amenities are meant to get you started, and you are responsible for stocking up on any additional items needed for your stay. This property does not have a power backup generator. In case of a utility company outage, no refunds will be issued, as this is beyond our control. Beach chairs, portable coolers, and a flashlight are provided for your convenience during your stay.
