The apartment has one bedroom, a bathroom. The bedroom has air conditioning. If the living room windows are open, excellent cross ventilation throughout the apartment keeps you pleasantly cool after those sun-drenched days. We provide basic starter toiletries. Once they are used, guests are responsible for replenishing them as needed. We provide basic towels and linens. For stays longer than one week, a weekly cleaning fee will be required. This apartment is for a maximum of two guests. We do not allow more than two people to stay in the apartment. There is no sofa bed in the apartment, and no extra linens are provided. If more than two people are found staying in the property, this will be considered a violation of our house rules and will result in immediate removal from the property without any refund. The house covers all your needs while offering a breezy retreat from it all. If you're driving, there is quick access to the expressway, which is just a 15-minute drive to the airport, a 10-minute drive to the old city, and a 4-minute drive to the mall. Beautifully decorated in Mediterranean style, the apartment offers comfort and style with comfy beds, plush pillows, and fluffy towels. A queen -size bed in the bedroom comfortably fits two guests. HOUSE RULES: Check-in time is at 3:00 pm Check-out time is at 11:00 am NO SMOKING: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. A smoking fee of $500 will be charged if violated. Quiet hours are from 9 pm to 9 am; no parties or noisy activities during these hours. The host will not pay for a hotel, vacation rental, or transportation expenses incurred because of an interruption in water or electrical service. If water or electricity is interrupted for more than 3 hours, guests have the option of canceling their reservation and requesting a refund for the nights not used. Under no circumstances will we refund consumed nights. All bookings are contingent on signing a short-term rental agreement that will be sent via email. It must be signed within 48 hours of booking or before entering the property, whichever happens first. Maximum occupancy of 4 adults/children at all times. This includes visitors. Max. occupancy is strictly enforced, and exceeding it may result in immediate booking cancellation or being expelled from the property. Towels and linens must only be used for their intended purpose. Do not stain them with food, grease, or any other substance. Please don't use towels to clean up any mess. Stained towels/linens will be charged. Please don't hang towels from the balcony or windows. This house is near Ocean Park, and only guests will be allowed there. Please let us know if you have friends or family visiting. Visitors are only allowed to stay at the house if paying, and you need to inform us before anybody stays so we can grant permission in writing and charge additional guest fees. The house is in the heart of Ocean Park, just three blocks from the beach and five minutes from Kasalta Bakery, which is in the heart of the action. Late Check-out: We offer late check-out at $45 for up to 2:00 pm. This allows you to extend your check-out time from 11 AM to 2 PM. However, an extra day will be charged if you need an extension beyond 2 PM.
