Check-in is at 3:00 PM. Check-out is at 11:00 AM. No smoking is allowed inside the apartment. A $500 smoking fee may be charged for violations. Quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM. No parties, loud music, yelling, or disruptive activity is allowed during quiet hours or at any time that disturbs neighbors, building residents, or the community. Only registered guests included on the reservation are permitted at the property. The maximum occupancy is 4 guests total, including adults, children, and visitors. Occupancy limits are strictly enforced. Exceeding the approved number of guests may result in cancellation of the reservation and removal from the property without refund. Subletting, third-party bookings, parties, events, and unauthorized gatherings are not allowed. Towels, linens, and beach towels must be used only for their intended purpose. Please do not use towels or linens to clean up spills, remove makeup, handle food, grease, or other substances that may cause staining. Guests may be charged for damaged, missing, or permanently stained towels or linens. Please do not hang towels, clothing, or other items from the balcony, windows, railings, or exterior areas of the building. Starter supplies are provided for guest convenience, including basic bathroom and kitchen essentials. Additional supplies may be needed depending on the length of stay. The property may include beach towels, beach chairs, or similar items for guest use when available. Please return all provided items to the apartment before check-out. Missing or damaged items may be charged to the guest. Utility interruptions, including water, electricity, internet, or other service outages, may occur and can be outside the host’s control. The host is not responsible for hotel, vacation rental, transportation, food, or other expenses caused by a utility or service interruption. If water or electricity is interrupted for more than 3 consecutive hours, guests may contact the host to discuss available options, which may include cancellation and a refund for unused nights only. Consumed nights are not refundable. All bookings may require completion of a short-term rental agreement. If required, the agreement must be signed within 48 hours of booking or before property access is provided, whichever occurs first. Guests are responsible for following all building, community, and local rules during their stay. Violations of house rules, occupancy limits, quiet hours, or safety policies may result in cancellation of the reservation and removal from the property without refund.

We provide freshly laundered linens and towels, including one bath towel and one beach/pool towel per guest. The property typically includes beach chairs for guest use. Starter supplies are provided to help you settle in comfortably, including basic soaps, shampoo, paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, a dish sponge, and a garbage bag. Additional supplies may be needed depending on the length of your stay. Only the guests included on the reservation are permitted at the property. Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 9 AM and must be respected to maintain a peaceful environment for the building and neighborhood. Late check-out may be available when scheduling allows and is billed hourly at a rate of $15 per hour, up to 2 PM. Extensions beyond that may require booking an additional night.
