This bright and modern apartment has everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Feel free to take a dip in the ocean down the street and relax with a cool bear. Inside you will find a cozy bed that will welcome you after a full day in the sun and a whole night of entertainment. Head out for a quick 3-minute walk to one of the close by bakeries and brunch spots. Spend the day at the beautiful Condado beach which is a quick 5-minute walk. Once you are ready to come back for dinner, head out to Calle Loiza, which is a culinary hot spot and nightlife center.

HOUSE RULES: Check-in time is at 3:00 pm Check-out time is at 11:00 am NO SMOKING: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. A smoking fee of $500 will be charged if violated. Quiet hours are from 9 pm to 9 am; no parties or noisy activities during these hours. The host will not pay for a hotel, vacation rental, or transportation expenses incurred because of an interruption in water or electrical service. If water or electricity is interrupted for more than 3 hours, guests have the option of canceling their reservation and requesting a refund for the nights not used. Under no circumstances will we refund consumed nights. All bookings are contingent on signing a short-term rental agreement that will be sent via email. It must be signed within 48 hours of booking or before entering the property, whichever happens first. Maximum occupancy of 6 adults/children at all times. This includes visitors. Max. occupancy is strictly enforced, and exceeding it may result in immediate booking cancellation or being expelled from the property. Towels and linens must only be used for their intended purpose. Do not stain them with food, grease, or any other substance. Please don't use towels to clean up any mess. Stained towels/linens will be charged. Please don't hang towels from the balcony or windows. Beach House strives to deliver top-notch service and amenities to guarantee our guests feel at home while visiting our properties. All of our properties are outfitted with freshly laundered bed linens and towels. We provide one bath towel per guest and one beach/pool towel per guest. Our properties typically include at least two beach chairs and an ice cooler. Beach House provides the disposable amenities necessary to get your vacation off to a comfortable start. These amenities include 1 set of hotel-size soaps and shampoos per bathroom, three garbage bags, one roll of paper towels, two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, one dish soap and one dish sponge. Guests are responsible for buying their own laundry detergent. We do not provide unlimited disposable amenities. It is your responsibility to review what is included in the property and stock with whatever else may be needed for the duration of your stay. DISCLAIMER: There is construction in the area and sometimes it could be noise during the day. Late Check-out: We provide the option of a late check-out at a rate of $100 until 2:00pm. This allows you to extend your check-out time from the standard 11 AM to 2 PM. However, if you require an extension beyond 2 PM, a full extra day will be charged.
