House Rules

HOUSE RULES: Check-in time is at 4:00 pm Check-out time is at 11:00 am NO SMOKING: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. A smoking fee of $500 will be charged if violated. Quiet hours are from 9 pm to 9 am, no parties or noisy activities during these hours. The host will not pay for a hotel, vacation rental, or transportation expenses incurred because of an interruption in water or electrical service. If water or electricity is interrupted for more than 3 hours, guests have the option of canceling their reservation and requesting a refund for the nights not used. Under no circumstances will we refund consumed nights. Guest Policy: Only the guests registered in the reservation are allowed on the property. The maximum occupancy is strictly enforced. Hosting unregistered guests or exceeding the number of guests listed in the reservation is not permitted and may result in immediate cancellation of the booking and removal from the property without refund. If additional guests will be staying, this must be approved in advance, and extra charges will apply per person per night. This rule helps ensure safety, comfort, and compliance with local regulations for all guests and neighbors. Maximum occupancy of 10 adults/children at all times. This includes visitors. Towels and linens must only be used for their intended purpose. Do not stain them with food, grease, or any other substance. Please don't use towels to clean up any mess. Important Details: - Check-in: 3:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM If your flight arrives early or departs late, consider booking an extra day for early check-in or late check-out. We also offer a late check-out option until 2:00 PM for an additional $100 (please ask in advance). - Quiet Hours: 9:00 PM - 9:00 AM Please respect the neighborhood and other guests in the building. There are 11 apartments on the property, and while yours is the largest, we would like you to be mindful of others during quiet hours. - Guest Policy: We charge a per-person rate, and only registered guests may stay overnight. No parties or commercial activities are allowed. Only registered guests will result in immediate cancellation with a refund. - Power & Water: The property does not have a power generator. Wi-Fi and water may be unavailable in case of an outage, but we have a water cistern for emergencies. Battery-powered lanterns are also provided for your convenience. The host will not issue electricity, water, or internet outages refunds. Smoking: You may not smoke or vape inside the apartment. Please use the terrace or outdoor areas for smoking. - Beach Care: Please remove all sand before entering the apartment. Avoid dragging sand inside or into the showers, as this can damage the drainage system. Use the trash bins provided in the bathrooms, and do not flush anything in the toilets to prevent clogs. Maintenance Support: If you encounter any issues, we will address them during business hours: - Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM - Saturday: 11:00 AM - 3:00 PM We will be sure to attend to Sunday issues the next business day.

Find us

Ubber is available and a great option to move around since this is a tourist area, but we recommend renting a car so you can explore the rest of the Island. The rental includes a parking space, and it's a 10-minute drive from the airport.
